Acrylic photo technique is a state of the art method to display images. It offers ultimate quality and clean, modern look. Acrylic glass also adds depth to the image and together with vibrant colors and clarity, creates unparalleled results. The image is permanently mounted behind clear, UV protecting acrylic glass and backed with flat and durable dibond. It doesn't require additional framing. Acrylic photos are ready to hang with pre-mounted floating system complete with appropriate hanging hardware suitable to most traditional wall installations. This technique is my favourite method of displaying pictures. For custom sizes and special request about this photo please contact me. I'm glad to offer free shipping for all orders.

This attractive and modern display option uses prints that are permanently mounted to rigid backing and laminated with protective film. You can choose "Glossy" film for deep contrasts and anti-reflective "Luster" film. This technique also allows the image to be hanged frameless, with floating system that is pre-installed on the back. All photos are ready to be installed. For custom sizes and special request about this photo please contact me. I'm glad to offer free shipping for all orders.

Description

  • In this photo, I used a unique viewpoint to showcase natural elements of glaciated Arctic landscape. This photo that comes from Baffin Island is literally taken from within the crevasse. It was quite challenging to get to this crevasse and set up the tripod, but it was worth the effort because the weather started to create interesting light conditions. The combination of slowly moving clouds, mild snowstorm, and the low hanging sun, peaking through the clouds once in a while created surreal effects. All this gave me an opportunity to capture few rather unique photos. This is one of them.
